I work with clients dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, worry, depression, and life challenges. Starting therapy is never an easy process; doubt, shame, and self-criticism often show up as obstacles along the path. It’s difficult to reach out, but it is undoubtedly more difficult to continue to experience the same challenges week by week. So, if you’re ready to take the first step, let me help you move towards the finish line. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it.
I am a trainee therapist and Master of Social Work (MSW) practicum student. I have clinical experience with adults, adolescents, and children, and a passion for psychotherapy. I am drawn to evidence-based psychotherapy approaches such as CBT and ACT and am passionate about helping you identify and move towards your aspirations, goals, and dreams.
Listening seems to be somewhat of a lost art these days; many people don’t have the time to truly hear us. Even when people do listen, it can be without real presence and offered with heavy doses of advice and reassurance, which don’t really seem to help us. In my clinical work, I work hard to listen so that you can be heard.
