I admire the bravery it takes to choose to start therapy. I want you to know that you are no longer in this alone. I am here to support you as you navigate your paths to healing, change, and growth. As your therapist, I promise to provide you with a safe and inclusive space to do so.

As a sensitive therapist, I appreciate each individual’s story and experience. I inform my practice with a trauma, diversity, sex-positive, and research-based lens.
I have experience working with adults in an individual and couples setting. I tend to be drawn to relational issues, with oneself or with others. However, I have provided therapy for a diverse range of presenting issues. These include:
- Anxiety and stress
- Emotion regulation
- Personal growth and self-esteem
- Weight and body image
- Sexual and interpersonal difficulties
- Sexual function and dysfunction
- Recent endings of relationships
- Trauma and related experiences
Although these are the primary realms I work in; I am a curious, compassionate individual and am willing to explore a variety of topics or difficulties beyond these.
Together we will identify, understand, and work towards repairing patterns of thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and past experiences. At every step, I will be an empathetic and transparent support for you. I believe we grow in connection with others, now is our time to start.
