Navigating times of stress, uncertainty, and mental health challenges can be difficult. Reaching out for support takes courage!
My practice is holistic, integrative, and culturally responsive to meet your unique goals and needs. I believe in the person-centered and strengths-based approaches that help establish a strong therapeutic relationship to create a safe, judgement-free space with compassion and empathy to support awareness, reflection, healing, and growth.
I work with adults to navigate times of transition, relationships, processing emotions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, burnout, compassion fatigue, sports performance, and life stress.
I provide additional online/virtual availability during evenings and weekends.
As a current Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) student, I work under the direct supervision of Dr. Kendell Banack (Alberta CAP #4053 & Ontario CPO #5699).
