Hi, I’m Roksana and I’d love to help you. I am a compassionate, authentic, and empathetic person who would like to support you with improving your mental health. Sometimes we need someone to listen without bias or judgement, and sometimes we need guidance and tools to help. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I believe in working together to build resilience and to empower you to overcome life’s challenges, develop skills and strategies to lead to positive change, and achieve your personal goals.
I practice primarily from a trauma informed lens and apply techniques from CBT, DBT, EFT and attachment-based therapy. I have several years of experience working with young adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD and ASD. I also enjoy working with individuals navigating the transition into parenthood.
My goal is to create a space that feels safe for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. I look forward to connecting with you and determining if I may be the right fit.
