I have been on this journey of personal development and growth for over a decade, and I understand how difficult and challenging it can be to take the step towards transformation. Exploring the inner self, personality, relationships, childhood traumas and current and future issues that are getting in the way of living a fulfilling life, takes courage. This work is a process, and my approach is client centred. As a therapist, I foster a compassionate environment of mutual respect, and caring where clients, on their own time, feel safe and supported in their therapy process. I also draw on my experience as an Educator when working with people, and realize that each person comes to therapy with their own unique stories and relationship to life.
My work with people involves guiding them on their journey of healing and recovery. I assist clients by helping them unravel and view their challenges from different perspectives as a way to reorganize, heal and integrate into a new way of being in the world and in relation to themselves and others. In addition, I help people become more self-aware and in-tune with their own inner wisdom by working together to arrive at this new way of being with themselves.
