I believe therapy should be welcoming, culturally attuned, and accessible to all. Through the Affordable Therapy Network, I offer sliding‑scale sessions in Kitchener Waterloo and online across Ontario so cost never stands between you and the support you deserve.
I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University, and I am licensed in Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) #19051.
Before training as a therapist, I spent nearly a decade in finance, government services and volunteering with refugee communities both locally and internationally. Those experiences deepened my compassion, cultural awareness and commitment to social justice. Growing up amid diverse influences, I bring a broad perspective that helps me understand challenges people face across cultures.
My work is person‑centered and integrative. We take time to explore what is happening inside you, then draw on evidence‑based tools to foster insight and change. I offer a safe space where you can feel seen and heard as you navigate life’s challenges. Together we build on your strengths and explore new ways to move forward with purpose and intention.
I became a therapist because I have witnessed the power of feeling truly supported. Everyone deserves a compassionate space to share their story without fear of judgment.
If you are ready to reconnect with yourself and discover the changes you want, I invite you to a free 30‑minute consultation. Sessions are available in person in Kitchener‑Waterloo and online across Ontario.
