About…

You don’t have to hold it all together here.

Feeling overwhelmed or burned out? You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. I see how hard you’re trying—showing up for others and managing expectations even when it feels like too much. It’s exhausting, and you deserve a space to slow down, make sense of your feelings, and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded, sustainable way.

Who I Work With

I know how much you’re holding. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling out of sync with themselves. Many people I support are used to showing up for others and pushing through, even when it feels heavy. Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, life transitions, cultural identity, neurodivergence, or past experiences, I support clients in a way that feels grounded and meaningful. Some are working through stress or past challenges, while others want to better understand themselves and how they show up in their relationships and daily life.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface and understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, lived experiences, and body responses. I draw from evidence-based methods, recognizing there’s no one-size-fits-all—we find what works for you. As an immigrant who has navigated acculturation, I understand balancing worlds and identities, and I bring that perspective to our work, offering support shaped by both professional tools and lived experience.

About Me

My experience working across diverse communities in the Greater Toronto Area has shaped how I understand people—through the layers of identity, relationships, and life experiences that influence how we move through the world. Through my work in nonprofit and frontline settings, I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be—not only to manage what’s happening internally, but also to navigate systems, responsibilities, and expectations that don’t always make space for you. My background in psychology, biology, and behavioural science helps me guide clients in understanding how their thoughts, emotions, lived experiences, and even their bodies all interact—so things start to make more sense in a way that feels grounded and meaningful.
