About…

Helping clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted and want a supportive space to better understand themselves. They may be struggling with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or relationship challenges and are looking for practical tools alongside compassionate, non-judgmental support. Together, we work toward greater clarity, confidence, and a sense of balance that feels sustainable in their everyday life.

I offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and learn practical tools to cope more effectively. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, and I focus on helping clients manage anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and relationship challenges while building greater self-understanding.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin. If you’re looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore what’s been weighing on you, I’d be glad to see if we’re a good fit.
