Hey there, I’m Ryan (he/him)

Even for the strongest people, life can be hard sometimes. Whether it is a recent event or difficult past that is affecting you, we can work together to overcome any obstacles you face. As we get to know each other, new things might pop-up because exploring the deepest parts of yourself can be uncomfortable or scary, and that’s okay! You may think, “What if I don’t like what we discover?” I am here to make this journey less lonely for you, and create space for compassion, understanding, and self-love. I will be there to help you sort through these thoughts and feelings, so you can live your life authentically!

I help individuals move towards their goals by giving them the tools to set boundaries, pursue self-exploration, and re-process traumatic experiences. I respect that every concern is unique to the individual, and working through these difficulties will be tailored to your needs. Don’t worry, we can go at your own pace, and we will do so together!

Your concerns are valid and taking the first step is almost always the hardest part! It takes strength and courage to seek support, and I would be honoured to be a part of your healing journey.
