I am inspired by an eclectic approach to therapy, which means that we will work together to find ways of change that work for you as an individual and will adapt approaches to fit your needs. My hope is that through our work together, you will re-discover self love, self-compassion and strength so that you can retake control of your life.My work is informed by a trauma-informed, client-centered and strengths-based lens, which allows me to meet you where you are in your journey and approach the therapeutic relationship with a supportive and non-judgemental stance. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey to healing.
