Are you someone who wants to feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and relationships? I know how exhausting it can feel to be stuck between the person you are and the person you want to be. Through my own experiences in therapy, I learned to take agency over unhealthy mental and emotional patterns, and that journey inspired me to offer the same support to others.
As a pre-licensed professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I’ll work with you to understand the how their mind, body, and social environment all relate to each other, ultimately helping you feel grounded, optimistic, and more like themselves. I aim help you slow down, listen to what you are going through, and tailor methods for all of your unique experiences and goals.
My approach is a blended, integrative style, drawing from:
- Psychodynamic and somatic therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and self-acceptance practices
- Person-centered and emotionally focused approaches
I work collaboratively with warmth, humorous moments, and gentle curiosity, helping clients recognize patterns and build skills that resonate with their unique personalities. My experiences as a crisis responder and a violin teacher have given me unique skills to help people achieve the changes they want in their lives.
I support clients navigating:
- Anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional dysregulation
