I’m Sabrina Sibbald, a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) and Psychotherapist. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s holding you back and help you find calm, clarity, and confidence. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, parts or inner child work, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care, helping you reconnect with who you are and what you truly want.
I offer virtual sessions and currently have availability on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings/early afternoon.
