I work with people who’ve been carrying a lot for a long time — whether that comes from early experiences, ongoing stress, or the weight of always showing up for others. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, tired, or disconnected from themselves. Some are first responders who’ve learned to stay strong for everyone else, while others are neurodivergent children and youth trying to make sense of their feelings and find their place in a world that doesn’t always understand them. What my clients often have in common is a deep wish to feel safe again — in their bodies, in their relationships, and in who they are.
I like to co-create a space of ease where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself and your strengths. My practice is person-centred, drawing from narrative, CBT, EFT, Satir, and IFS approaches. We focus on what’s happening for you and figure out a path to your goals that feels doable, meaningful, and maybe even a little fun.
I’m happy to share that space with you, whether it’s a quick chat, the start of something deeper, or just a chance to share a laugh. If you’re curious, I’m always around for a free 15‑minute consult to connect and see where things go:)
