Before moving to Canada, I worked for over five years as a clinical psychologist in Pakistan, supporting parents and children, learning how unresolved wounds around identity, family, and belonging can shape generations. My own immigration journey challenged me to rebuild my sense of self and taught me how deeply compassion and connection matter. I draw on that experience to support clients who feel lost, stuck, or uncertain of their place.
