As a pre-licensed therapist and MA student in Counselling Psychology working under clinical supervision, I offer a supportive space where you can deepen self-awareness, cultivate self-acceptance, and process emotions at your own pace. My client-centred approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and the belief in your inner resilience. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Interventions, mindfulness, and person-centred approaches—to help you move toward both meaningful change and emotional well-being.
