About…

Therapy is an act of consciousness. Through awareness, curiosity and a sense of play, we can explore and open up new ways of being.

I’m interested in the human experience and the stories we tell to make sense of it. Informed by my literature studies, I dive into observing all angles of a story, finding patterns in behaviour, and exploring points of view. Understanding that you’re the expert of your story, I offer my queer, existentially-informed perspective to support you in aligning with your most authentic self.

Therapy with me is personalized and collaborative. My lived experience with mental health challenges infuses my approach to therapy with compassion, non-judgment and a sense of camaraderie. I find that it’s often through pain that we make the greatest strides towards acceptance, change, and meaning.

I believe that our relationship to our thoughts, feelings, and body dictates much of our experience, and that it is through full acceptance of oneself that one can begin to change. My role is to be with you in compassion, and to act as a mirror for you to perceive yourself more clearly, by offering inquiry, observation and connection.
