We all have our own, beautiful, way of being in the world. At times, we feel our authenticity recede into the background. My goal is to join you in the depth of your sensation, and be with you in the difficulty and joy of how you experience the world. Together, we can explore the truth of what it means to be you.
We can stay with what is owned, pushed aside, shamed and beloved, and how that informs the ways we engage with ourselves, and the world around us. I work from a Gestalt perspective, which notices our patterns, how we trip, and how we support ourselves in life, while being in the here and now of the current moment.
My approach is to provide support through compassion, playfulness, creativity and tenderness. We will explore sensation, and with the awareness of sensation, gain curiosity about how you move through the world, and why. It is my great hope to hold space with you. In quiet and noise. Without and within.
I am open to working with any person or issue, and have experience working with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, self esteem, relationships, authenticity, connection with self, life transitions, pain, and narcissistic abuse. I am passionate about nature, writing, music and cycling. I identify as white, queer and Jewish.
