I have over 20 years of experience in the corporate world and am also the founder of Humanicity Consulting Group. I lead various leadership and well-being workshops. I use an integrative trauma-informed approach that combines Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy with somatic and mindfulness practices.
