Welcome to my practice! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. My approach trauma-informed, inclusive, person-centered, drawing on humanistic and Rogerian principles. My clients describe my sessions as warm, supportive, and welcoming, where its okay to laugh while doing meaningful work. Holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I am driven by a genuine curiosity about human experiences.
