Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology as well as a Master’s degree in Sociology, which helps me consider not only your personal experiences but also the social, cultural, and relational systems that shape your life.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. In our sessions, we move at your pace — exploring patterns, building self-trust, and finding ways to relate to yourself and others with more understanding and care.
If you’re looking for a supportive place to talk and feel understood, I’d be happy to connect. You’re welcome to book a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit!
