You do not need to be in crisis to come to therapy.
Many of the people I work with are doing their best to keep up with work, relationships, family responsibilities, and daily life while quietly carrying anxiety, stress, self doubt, overwhelm, or the effects of difficult past experiences. Others come to therapy because they feel stuck in familiar patterns or want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
Hi, I’m Sara Ahmadzadeh, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Whether you have something specific you want to work through or simply need a place to sort through your thoughts and emotions, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from CBT, ACT, SFBT, DBT, IFS, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I offer therapy in both English and Farsi (Persian) and have a special interest in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, cultural identity, immigration experiences, relationship concerns, and self esteem challenges.
Finding the right therapist is important, and I know reaching out can feel like a big step. I offer a free 15 minute consultation so we can connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
