Do you ever feel like you’re carrying a weight that’s too heavy to share, or that you’ve been holding your breath for far too long? Hi, I’m Sara Ahmadzadeh, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m here to help you find relief, clarity, and connection when life feels overwhelming.
Perhaps you’ve been told to “be strong” or to push through—and along the way, learned to silence parts of yourself. But healing doesn’t come from hiding our pain. It begins when we turn toward it with compassion and curiosity. In our work together, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can begin to explore what’s underneath, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with your inner strength.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and past wounds. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative—drawing from ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices to support your unique needs.
I also offer therapy in both English and Farsi (Persian), and I welcome clients from all walks of life, including those who may be navigating cultural transitions, identity exploration, or intergenerational challenges.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if this is the right fit. Whether in English or Farsi, I’m here to support you at your pace, in your voice.
Let’s begin this journey together.
