I work with individuals and couples and have areas of interest in Trauma, Anxiety, Life Transitions and “feeling stuck”, Stress-Reduction, Grief, ADHD, and Self-esteem. My work stems from a client-centred, approach where I use and teach strategies from EFT, DBT, ACT, CBT, Gottman, IFS, and Attachment Approach.
