Often the distressing or traumatizing things in our lives are made worse by isolation. Having someone who is remembering that you are doing the best that you can at every moment and sees your strengths can lead to shifts in painful feelings or distressing thoughts. This can also help you change how you see yourself. I will listen to you and support you with whatever feelings, thoughts or circumstances you find troubling and help you move past them to live the life you want.
Couples may experience challenging times and I am here to help you work through them. This can be done by finding the patterns in your relationship that are keeping you from feeling connected to each other. Once more connected, it is easier to resolve conflict and work as a team.
