I have over six years of experience working with children, youth and adults in an array of professional mental health settings. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, procrastination, adjustment, parent-child conflict and more.
I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health in minority populations. As an immigrant myself I understand the unique challenges associated with dual identities, conflicting values and transitional barriers. As such, I use a culturally sensitive, judgement-free, holistic approach to your care. I understand that seeking therapy is a vulnerable task.
