Providing you with a safe space is my number one priority, which is why I focus on building a strong and trusting therapeutic connection. It will help us work together as a team! My therapeutic approach is holistic, culturally sensitive, and client centered. I also incorporate techniques from several clinically backed therapeutic modalities. I focus on treating individuals who are experiencing a variety of mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, relationship issues, burnout, life transitions, emotion regulation, emotional eating, and more.
