I provide a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy to support those who feel stuck, overwhelmed by big life changes, challenged within their relationships, or disconnected from themselves. Maybe you feel weighed down by self-doubt and burnout, or stuck in patterns of people pleasing, perfectionism, and anxiety. Maybe you understand the ‘why’ but STILL feel stuck and are seeking a space to go deeper and address the root cause of your issues. Perhaps there are emotional wounds from the past that are keeping you stuck, or the reality of living in the modern world is overwhelming, leaving little room for connecting with yourself.
My practice is rooted in the belief that within every person exists a wellspring —a living source of wisdom, creativity, and innate capacity for healing. I am passionate about empowering my clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom and gifts — in order to live in deeper connection with their Self, other humans, the natural world, access more clarity, confidence, and create more meaningful, fulfilling lives.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic and integrative, honouring the whole person in front of me, including all layers of being: mind body & spirit. I incorporate aspects of Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Dreamwork Somatic and Mindfulness-based therapies. I also offer support for those preparing for or integrating a psychedelic experience.
I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship that we build together. I aim to create a grounded and collaborative space that supports you wherever you are, where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming.
