My approach to therapy is relational, psychodynamic, and client centred. This is your therapy and your life so I will follow your lead and be mindful of not pushing you past your own boundaries. I’ll even help you establish what your boundaries are. But I will challenge you.

Drawing on theories and approaches from narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectic behaviour therapy, emotionally focused therapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy and play therapy we will identify an approach that best suites your individual needs and enables you to safely and effectively heal and grow.
