(She/They)

What brought you here today? What are you struggling with? Are you searching for something? What changes do you want to see in your life?

I am curious about you- and working with me will allow you the space to become curious about yourself.

My approach to therapy is relational, psychodynamic, and client centred. This is your therapy and your life so I will follow your lead and be mindful of not pushing you past your own boundaries. I’ll even help you establish what your boundaries are. But I will challenge you.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety and depression, coping with loss, looking to improve your relationships, or learning to adjust to changes and transitions in your life, psychotherapy will be beneficial. Together we will set goals, explore your past, identify habits and patterns, and empower you to create the life you want. Drawing on theories and approaches from narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectic behaviour therapy, emotionally focused therapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy and play therapy we will identify an approach that best suites your individual needs and enables you to safely and effectively heal and grow.

I strongly believe that the best indicator of effective therapy is therapeutic relationship. The connection we have and trust we build is so important to the process. If you think that I may be the right therapist for you I encourage you to book a free 20 minute virtual consultation so we can see if we click and take it from there.
