About…

Sometimes life can pin us in a merry-go-round of toxic generational cycles, abusive dynamics, and suppressive shame. Are you weighed down in such a cycle? Do you want to break out and reclaim your legacy?

Giving a voice to my experiences felt liberating as it relinquished the control they had over me. This is why I decided to become a therapist; to become an avenue for others to break out of the shackles that mental health struggles can plunge you into.

As a Pre-Licensed Professional, MSc in Psychology and Doctoral Trainee in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy under Clinical Supervision, I have extensive experience working across a range of presentations. Having trained and worked across different cultural contexts, I bring a deep sensitivity to how identity, culture, faith, migration, and systemic factors shape mental health and help-seeking.

I often work with clients who are struggling across a range of issues, particularly trauma, domestic violence, generational trauma, complex sensitivities, identity/personality related issues and relationship issues. I strive to meet clients with curiosity, humility, and respect for their lived experience, while grounding my work in evidence-informed and trauma-aware practice. My commitment is to creating a safe, culturally sensitive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported to explore their experiences, heal from pain, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

This is reflected in my therapeutic approach, which is centered around you. This is your space, where you can bring whatever you feel comfortable bringing. Where you can explore your life experiences and how you make meaning out of them at your own pace without judgement or pressure. I will draw on different therapeutic approaches, depending on what you choose to bring to this space.

I won’t tell you who to be in this space. Instead, I will walk alongside you, as you move towards a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you.

I bring particular focus to embodied experiences, relational patterns, and identity in our work together. Clients often describe feeling gently held and understood – able to explore what’s difficult to share otherwise. My practice is rooted in deep presence and curiosity.

If this resonates with you, reach out to me to book a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
