About…

Hi there! I’m passionate about creating a warm and safe place for you to land, unpack, process emotions, and find ways to grow through what life brings your way. I have over six years of experience and my areas of focus include supporting those who are facing challenges with life transitions, burn-out, relationships, anxiety, and self-esteem.

I bring in gentle curiosity, humour, and warmth into how I show up for my clients. Along with an approach that focuses on current and early attachments, I use a blended variety of therapeutic modalities to creatively tailor our work together, based on your strengths and needs, including humanistic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy. I use a relational and person-centred approach that is trauma-centered and inclusive.

I often borrow from my training as an art therapist, regardless of whether art-making takes place in our sessions or not. I welcome creativity into our sessions through the ways we might look at your experiences, find ways to express emotions, or create spaces for you to feel more grounded and fulfilled in your life.

I offer services in-person at my office in Ottawa, or virtually if you are located outside of Ottawa.
