About…

My therapy approach is rooted in creating a caring, safe space where you feel comfortable exploring the layers of your experiences. Whether that means working through past wounds, navigating current challenges, or imagining a more fulfilling future, I believe everyone has the ability to grow and heal. I’m here to support you in discovering your strengths and truths, even those that may have been hidden while you were coping.

We will look at how your cultural, family, and social experiences have shaped your identity and relationships. I specialize in helping people understand and untangle complicated dynamics, often rooted in childhood, relational trauma, or growing up with emotionally immature or narcissistic caregivers. These early experiences can affect self-esteem, boundaries, and relationships in adulthood.

I combine practical strategies to help you feel better now with deeper, reflective work to create lasting change. My approach is personal and holistic, focusing on how your thoughts, feelings, and physical experiences are connected. I use humanistic, attachment-based, emotionally-focused, and trauma-informed methods and tailor every session to your needs so we can work together toward meaningful change.

Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, or a big life transition, my goal is to support you with empathy and authenticity. Along with my professional training, I draw on my own lived experiences with parenting, partnership, farming, business ownership, and navigating complex family dynamics to better understand your challenges.

If you’re looking for support to find your voice, build stronger relationships, or make sense of life’s challenges, I’m here to offer a steady, compassionate presence. My work isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating a space for curiosity, self-compassion, and genuine healing.
