About…

Welcome! I’m happy you’re here. Recognizing the need for change can be the first step toward growth, even if we’re unsure where to start.

With a blend of compassion and humour, I will work with you to explore your current circumstances and identify the shifts you would like to make, supporting you with the emotions you experience along the way. I have experience supporting children, youth and adults dealing with unique life circumstances and disruptions. I believe that you are the expert of your own experiences, and my role is to create a supportive environment where you can move toward healing in a way that feels meaningful for you.

I am passionate about offering affirming support to individuals, couples and families in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. If you’ve experienced difficulty in your relationships, past or present, I’m here to help you build meaningful and secure relationships while healing past relational wounds. I am also interested in collaborating with parents as they seek to provide their children with the loving foundation they need to feel secure and confident as they develop and grow.

I’m currently accepting new clients for affordable care in person in London, Ontario and am also available for virtual sessions across the province. Fit is important, so I look forward to meeting with you for a free initial consultation to explore whether I might be the right fit for you.
