Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or heavy at times – even when you’re doing your best to move forward. You might notice old patterns resurfacing, emotions building up, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. You may look fine on the outside while feeling lost or unsettled inside. Therapy is a safe space where you can feel supported and understood as you explore these feelings. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and be met with care. My approach is relational and present-moment focused. Together, we explore what’s happening for you – your feelings, thoughts, physical sensations, and the stories you carry.

With a background in conceptual art and yoga, and from my experience as the client, I bring curiosity, steadiness, and genuine presence to our work.
