I have always been interested in the inner workings of human behaviour and how our experiences interacting with others can influence this. Growing up as a first-generation Canadian, I always felt the need to balance between both Eastern and Western cultures and the challenges that come with it. This is one of the reasons why I chose this career path because I wanted to be an advocate of change for the mental health stigmas that are prominent in today’s society. It has always been my belief that an individual is in charge of their own life and it is the experiences that shape them into the person they are today.
Outside of school and work, I love reading and you can always find me with my nose in a book during my
free time. I also really like spending quality time with my friends.
