I work with adults experiencing anxiety or depression related to life transitions, relationships or work/school issues. I have experience working with clients who are looking for support in processing difficult experiences and emotions, navigating interpersonal relationships and gaining clarity in life goals. I have also worked with clients who are coping with loss, separation, settling in Canada, leaving/changing work or facing an empty nest. Other clients are experiencing work-related difficulties or burnout. I attended the Toronto Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis, where I obtained clinical experience at the Institute’s community clinic. I graduated in 2025 with a Diploma in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I previously had a career in law. My therapeutic approach is relational and draws on psychoanalytic theory. I strive to create a safe and accepting space where clients feel comfortable to express themselves as we together reflect on their experiences, beliefs and feelings. This process may lead to improved self-understanding and resilience and facilitate finding a way forward.
