About Me
There’s a quiet knowing inside you that life doesn’t have to feel this way. You’re ready to listen to that part of you.
You may not have the words yet, only a sense that something isn’t working anymore and something needs to shift.
The skills that we’ve been developing our entire lives, the ones that help us succeed in school or work often don’t translate to the inner work of emotional and mental wellbeing. Most of us were taught how to adapt and achieve, but not how to understand ourselves, honor our wiring, or develop the skills to work with our emotions and nervous system. That’s where therapy can help.
I work with people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships, often high-functioning on the outside but quietly struggling within. Sometimes these feelings are longstanding, while other times they emerge during transitions such as adolescence, adulthood, parenthood, postpartum, career shifts, grief and loss, or following difficult experiences.
I work with people navigating:
- Emotional overwhelm, overstimulation, burnout
- Anxiety, and depression
- Mood fluctuations and self-criticism
- High sensitivity
- Life transitions and identity shifts
- Disconnection from self and others
- Cultural adaptation, immigration, and layered identities
- Navigating internalized pressure from cultural and systemic norms
- High-functioning survival patterns that no longer serve
My Approach as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I take a collaborative approach, weaving Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, nervous system science, mindfulness, somatic approach, and evidence-based therapies. Supporting you in creating more space for wellbeing and ease, while gently releasing patterns of suffering and feeling stuck.

When we begin to feel safe inside ourselves, we can soften, listen, and come home to our bodies. We open up space for healing, choice, and connection. That felt sense of belonging within yourself becomes the foundation for how you relate to others and move through the world.
