Accepting new clients – I am passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and periods of change. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in exploring their experiences at a pace that feels right for them. I work with concerns such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, life transitions, and the impacts of trauma.
I take a collaborative, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approach to therapy, recognizing the resilience and unique experiences each person brings. My work is integrative and informed by CBT, ACT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness, attachment-based approaches, Adlerian and psychoanalytic perspectives, somatic approaches, and trauma-focused therapy.
I am particularly interested in the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and relationships. I support clients in developing practical coping strategies while building greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional resilience, with the goal of helping them create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
