Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You might be feeling unsure, anxious, or even wondering if your problems are “big enough” to bring into the room. If that’s where you are, I want to reassure you: there’s space here for all of it—your questions, your doubts, your hope for something better.
I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist, which means I believe that understanding ourselves—especially the parts we often keep hidden—can be deeply transformative. I work with people who are curious about their inner lives, who may feel stuck or overwhelmed, and who are ready (or at least willing) to look inward in order to move forward.
Therapy is not always easy, but it can be meaningful, even life-changing. I aim to be a steady, compassionate presence—someone who will listen closely, help you feel understood, and walk alongside you as you come to know yourself more fully.
