About me:
I have a Ph.D. in Psychology and have supported more than 200 clients all over the world in their mental health journey. My experience spans over 7 years, working with adults, adolescents, and couples from diverse backgrounds. I am also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Techniques:
My approach is collaborative, offering space to unpack emotions while also exploring tools that might help, if that’s what you seek. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all; some days you may just need to be heard, while other times, you might want support. I offer tools and strategies using CBT, Emotion-Focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, as well as deep, insightful work through psychodynamic techniques – depending on your goals and needs. I prefer to use a mix of different techniques, depending on what would benefit you the most.
