Hello there, I’m Selina! Sometimes the hardest struggles aren’t the ones others can see. You may be used to holding everything together, while internally feeling stretched thin or disconnected. As someone who has juggled many responsibilities at once, I am aware of how easy it is to appear in control on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stretched thin internally. My experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and OCD has showed me how often these challenges are carried quietly while individuals continue to juggle the demands of daily life.
This perspective guides my work as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, where I support individuals experiencing difficult life transitions, anxiety, burnout, self-esteem issues, and depression to develop greater self-understanding and create space for meaningful change. I am also committed to providing an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive and tailored to you. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centred Therapy to help you make sense of your experiences and shift unhelpful patterns.
