In our sessions, we’ll take a down-to-earth approach, focusing on what you’re going through and finding practical ways to make things a bit easier. We’ll explore how to manage those overwhelming emotions, communicate more effectively, and how to stand up for yourself in a way that feels right. It’s about creating a space where you can be yourself, without the pressure to conform or meet everyone else’s expectations.
I believe in working together to find strategies that work best for you, building on your strengths and learning new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s finding clarity amidst the chaos, learning to set healthy boundaries, or simply understanding yourself a bit better, our goal is to move forward at a pace that suits you. I am currently a student intern working towards my Masters of Arts in Counselling degree, providing therapy under supervision.
