Do you feel disconnected from your true self, as though something keeps holding you back from the growth you’ve been working toward? I’ve been there.
I believe that our experiences, levels of privilege, and opportunities are strongly shaped by our identities and what boxes society places us in. Throughout my own therapeutic journey as a woman of colour, I’ve learned how to navigate the conflict between the expectations placed upon me and my authentic, inner self. While this conflict will look different for everyone, I am prepared to use my open-minded and analytical nature to support you as you make sense of the complex patterns that have influenced your life story. By developing a deeper understanding of who we are and what experiences have shaped us, we can move forward with clarity, self-acceptance, and a greater sense of autonomy.
My Approach
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I draw on both my lived experiences and compassionate nature to provide warm, non-judgemental support.
I integrate narrative, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapies to support you with concerns relating to anxiety, depression, self-image, self-compassion, relationships, and life balance.
