I’ve always felt drawn to helping others — to holding space, listening deeply, and walking alongside people through life’s harder moments. My work comes from a genuine desire to support others in feeling seen, understood, and less alone. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to share our stories, and it’s an honour for me to be trusted with yours.
My journey into this work has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences, and by witnessing how powerful it can be when someone finally feels heard. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore what they’re carrying with care and compassion.
In our work together, I aim to offer a warm, grounded environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out. Therapy with me is collaborative and gentle — a place where vulnerability and strength can exist side by side, and where growth happens at your own pace.
Outside of therapy, I value time with loved ones, staying active, and finding moments of calm that help me feel grounded — values I gently encourage clients to cultivate in their own lives.
