I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, including DBT, ACT, and IFS. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to you or your child’s unique personality, strengths, and goals.
