I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto and am currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Beyond my academic training, I am a first-generation immigrant. I understand the courage it takes to build a life in a new place, and I bring that deep appreciation for diversity into my practice.
I believe therapy is a partnership built on trust, kindness, and curiosity, a place where you get to explore who you are and what truly matters to you.
I’m passionate about working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am proud of my multicultural lens; it grounds my practice in curiosity and in appreciating the unique context that makes you you.
My therapy style is trauma-informed and person-centred. I don’t believe in “one size fits all.” I bring warmth and authenticity. We will find what works for you, whether that’s deep processing or practical strategizing. To do this, I use a flexible mix of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs.
I offer support for: Navigating anxiety, depression, and processing past trauma. Managing family dynamics and relationship challenges. Women’s issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. Culturally sensitive counselling for immigrants and newcomers.
