I primarily draw from Narrative Therapy, helping clients re-author their stories in ways that empower them and align with their values. I also integrate attachment-based approaches and am actively building my skills in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support couples in deepening their emotional bonds and improving communication.
Outside of therapy, I love discovering new cafés, getting lost in a good book, binge-watching a great show on Netflix, and spending quality time with loved ones.
