In my practice I offer an eclectic and person centred approach. Drawing on parts work, Dialectical behavioural therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindfulness based interventions. Not to mention, I’m really down to earth! This isn’t about forcing change or rushing through pain. It’s about learning the tools to build a trusting relationship with yourself, one part at a time.
