Over the past 8 years, I have worked with diverse client groups, including professionals, young adults, newcomers, immigrants, and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of resettlement, life transitions, and developing effective coping strategies. I have a lifelong passion for the arts, particularly theater, which informs my therapeutic approach. I believe in the transformative power of creative expression to deepen emotional awareness and foster connection.
