Hi, I’m Sherry. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who primarily works with young adults navigating the pressures of identity, relationships, career direction, and major life transitions.
Young adulthood can feel overwhelming — balancing expectations, independence, cultural or family dynamics, and the question of “Who am I becoming?” Many of the clients I work with are managing anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, relationship stress, or feeling stuck between where they are and where they want to be.
My approach is relational, warm, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can think out loud, explore patterns safely, and gain clarity without judgment. Together, we look at how past experiences and attachment patterns may be shaping your current relationships, while also building practical tools to manage anxiety, set boundaries, and move toward what matters to you.
I integrate cognitive-behavioural and acceptance-based strategies with insight-oriented and attachment-informed perspectives. This allows us to balance self-understanding with concrete change — so therapy feels both meaningful and actionable.
I also support young adults navigating:
Relationship and intimacy concerns
Cultural identity and belonging
Neurodivergence-related stress and burnout
Academic or early career pressure
The emotional impact of chronic illness
Mild to moderate substance use concerns
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with your values — not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more fully yourself.
