About…

Life is, sometimes, weird. We learn so much at school and at work, but we are seldom taught how to sit with our own feelings or take care of ourselves. And so when those moments suddenly hit us, it might be uncomfortable, overwhelming, and often scary. The uncomfortable feelings are valid, but you also have the power to deal with them in more comfortable ways. We all feel lost at some point in our lives, but you don’t have to face this journey of exploration alone.

As a 1.5th-generation immigrant with both personal and professional experience in international contexts, I deeply understand the complexities of cross-cultural living and identity development, and thus, I am more than willing to offer my help to those who share these struggles. I work with adults navigating various issues, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and cultural adaptation. My approach is integrative and culturally attuned, drawing techniques from ACT, CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy to fit your unique needs.

I believe therapy is not about ‘fixing’ oneself, but about finding the most comfortable ways to coexist with ourselves, others, and our daily life. You know yourself best, so our work will always be collaborative. I will provide a warm and nonjudgmental environment for you to feel safe and support you at your own pace as you explore your own inner world.
