About…

You may be the person everyone relies on, yet feel overwhelmed yourself. Perhaps you replay conversations, struggle to switch off, or feel guilty when you rest. Anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties or changing expectations can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Therapy can be a place to understand what is happening and explore a different way forward.

I’m Shien Victoria Zutshi, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), educator, academic and researcher. I support adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt and life transitions, including those balancing ambition with the demands of work, relationships, family and culture.

My approach is gentle, collaborative and practical. We begin with what matters to you, making room for your experiences without pressure to have everything figured out. Drawing on cognitive behavioural and solution-focused approaches, we can explore patterns, develop coping skills, strengthen boundaries and practise communicating your needs. Together, we identify changes that feel meaningful and manageable in your everyday life.

I bring a Master of Education and 19 years in global education, including International Baccalaureate teaching in London, Paris and Stockholm, alongside my work in Canada. These experiences inform my understanding of achievement pressure, identity, belonging and cultural expectations.

My academic interests and media interviews with people in business, technology and fashion have deepened my curiosity about the relationship between success and wellbeing. I explore anxiety, ambition and confidence in my book, Anxious & Ambitious: A 90-Day Confidence Reframe for the High Achiever.

I offer sessions in English, French and Swedish. You do not need a polished explanation for seeking support, and you do not need to be a high achiever to feel welcome here.

If my approach resonates with you, please reach out to ask about fees, availability and working together. If affordability is a concern, you are welcome to mention that as we discuss your needs and options.
